回转窑窑衬清理机器人控制系统

针对工业中使用的回转窑要进行窑衬清理，根据其作业要求，以单片机控制技术、传感器技术为核心，研制出窑衬清理机器人的测控系统。打砖清理自动控制方式中，采用安装在机器人两侧的超声波位移传感器，检测机器人离筒体两侧面的距离，开始和结束的判断是根据压力传感器的信息，实现清理作业的连续、自动的进行。人机通道的配置实现了人机对话功能。实验证明，该控制系统体积小，功耗低，运行可靠稳定，适用性强，还可用于不同类型回转窑的窑衬清理控制中。
