| 摘 要： | 简要介绍了HACCP体系的主要内容,并将其应用于真空镀铝纸的生产过程中,从质量管理的角度分析产品的危害因素,确定了关键控制点.通过HACCP体系在真空镀铝纸中的应用,可有效控制真空镀铝纸的质量,提高产品的安全性,同时也可以提高全员素质.证明了HACCP体系不仅局限于食品行业,也可以在包装业应用,扩大了HACCP体系的应用范围.
