| Abstract: | This paper presents a detailed analysis of the reasons that affect the effectiveness of training senior enterprise leaders, and puts forward some suggestions to improve the effectiveness of training senior enterprise leaders. It suggests that much attention should be paid to the particularity of the training for senior enterprise leaders, the establishment of a incentive mechanism of training, the reinforcement of the investigation of training demands and the building of a qualified training, staff. |
