摘    要:采用微波消煮、敞开式湿法消化及干灰化前处理-ICP-OES法对茶叶中的磷、钾、铅、锌等17种元素同时进行了检测,方法简便、准确度高,并对样品前处理、共存元素干扰、方法准确度等因素进行了探讨。方法回收率都在81.6%~107.2%之间,其相对标准偏差在0.23%~8.92%之间,方法能满足茶叶的测定要求,并且大大减少了检测者的工作强度。

Abstract:A method simultaneously determining of Phosphorus,Potassium,Lead,Zinc etc. altogether 17 elements in tea by ICP-OES was developed. This paper study the method of dealing with the tea sample and determination conditions by ICP-OES. Influence such as elements interference were discussed. The rate of the recoveries of 17 elements is from 81.6% to 107. 2%, with relative standard deviation (RSD) is from0.23% to 8.92%. Analytical results of standard reference material (tea) obtained by the means of this method are in good agreement with the reference values. The method is satisfactory for tea.
