胶体灭火技术在破碎煤柱自燃中的应用

摘    要:双鸭山矿业集团公司东荣二矿南二采区工作面破碎煤柱发生自燃,采取了均压、注CO2和阻化剂等方法没有起到理想的效果。经过对火区漏风通道的研究分析,结合胶体灭火的特点,对火区进行打钻注胶体处理,同时结合均压合阻化剂,经过2个多月的处理,火区CO降到0。相比其他灭火技术起到了理想的效果,阻止了自燃的进一步发展,保证了矿井的正常生产,消除了安全隐患,对以后类似条件下的煤自燃火区处理具有推广意义。

Abstract:The coal pillars of south No.2 district working face of Dongrong No.2 Coal Mine happened coal spontaneous combustion.They adopted pressure balance for air control,transporting carbon dioxide and retarder,all have no effect.Through the study and analysis to the fact and characteristic of gel,they decided to adopt fire extinguishing and preventing with gel.To transporting gel and boring to the fire zone.Through two month carbon monoxide in fire zone fell to zero.The fire extinguishing and preventing with gel has a great affection,assures the normal production of the mine,removes the potential safety hazard.The technology of fire extinguishing and preventing with gel is simply,the cost of material is low.These has extend meaning to similarity condition of coal spontaneous combustion.
