| 摘 要： | 在分析了高速走丝电火花线切割机床放电状态电压特性的基础上，设计了电阻分压及译码电路对间隙电压进行采样，并利用AT89C52单片机及8254计数器构成数据采集和处理系统的主电路。用Visual Basic实现了上位PC机的检测界面软件。

| Abstract: | Building on the voltage character analyzing of the electrical discharge state in high speed WEDM, a voltage - dividing resistance and coding circuit which are used to sample the voltage of discharge gap and a data sampling and processing main electric circuit composed of AT89C52 and 8254 counter were designed. The human machine interface software of PC was realized with Visual Basic. |
