乙醇-水在疏水硅沸石表面上的吸附分离

摘    要:研究不同温度下乙醇在不含Si-OH基团的疏水硅佛石(Silicalite-Ⅰ)表面上的吸附等温线及脱附等温线。计算出硅沸石上乙醇的吸附热及脱附活化能分别为49.4kJ及14.9kJ/mol。疏水硅沸石吸附剂或硅沸石填充硅橡胶分离膜能有效地从稀乙醇-水的混合液中,或从发酵产生的啤酒中分离、浓缩乙醇。

Abstract:Adsorption and desorption of EtOH on a sample of silicalite-Ⅰ were studied at differenttemperatures The sample,prepared under a system containing no TPA and withour additionof F ̄-,has no Si-OH group on pore surface and has good hydrophobic properties. The adsor-ption heat and active energy of desorption as calculated from isotherms of adsorptionanddesorption, are 49.4kJ/mol and 14.9kJ/mol respectively.A column filled with an adsorbentof hydrophobic silicalite and 20wt%binder,or silicone rubber membrane filled with 30wt%of hydrophobic silicalite can be used to separate EtOH efficiently from EtOH-H_2O solution.
