北京公园规划修编工作实践体会

公园规划是公园发展建设的龙头。规划具有时效性,随着时间的推移、社会的发展,城市会发生巨大的变化,城市公园也随之发生很大的变化。于2004年修订的新一轮北京市总体规划已开始执行,北京市绿地系统规划也进行了修编,在这种形势下,北京市市属各公园的总体规划也需要按照变化的情况进行修改完善,为今后的工作打下基础。以北京市市属公园为例,从总体规划编制工作的历史概况、公园规划修编的必要性、市属公园建设发展的现状及存在问题、规划中对主要问题的解决途径和方式等方面,总结了公园规划修编工作中的实践体会。
