复合型超声波电机在数控机床中的应用研究

摘    要:复合型超声波电机是一种新型摩擦驱动器,具有低转速大转矩、可用于直接驱动、断电时具有高自锁力矩、高转角分辨率、小型轻量、响应速度快、运行平稳等特点。基于这些特点探索了复合型超声波电机在数控机床的转角坐标中的应用,为解决超声波电机在精密定位控制中的强非线性影响,提出了一种新型的脉冲法精密定位方法,介绍了定位方法的原理及其相应系统的设计、总体结构和实现过程,并对控制参数的选择进行了探讨和实验研究。实验结果表明,采用该方法对任意转角的重复定位精度在0.010之内,表明了这一方法的有效性和高精度。

Abstract:Hybrid transducer type ultrasonic motor isa new concept frictional actuator, which has the featuressuch as low rotating speed and high output torque, directload--driving, high self--holding torque without electricpower, miniature, quick response and so on. Based on ul-trasonic motor's features the paper presents its applica-tions in angular coordinates of CNC machines. In order toavoid strong non--linear influences in precision position-ing control of ultrasonic motor a creative pulse positioningmethod was put forward. And the theory, system de-sign, total framework and realization process of themethod were introduced. Furthermore, the paper has dis-cussed the optimization of control parameters combinedwith experiments. And the experimental results haveproved that positioning errors are less than 0. 01 degreefor positioning a random angle using pulse positioningmethod, which has indicated the validity and high preci-sion of the method. The research is beneficial to extendthe application regions of ultrasonic motors.
