废橡胶粉改性混凝土研究

摘    要:在C30普通混凝土基础上,按照不同的配比关系用废橡胶粉等体积取代细骨料(河砂)而实现对混凝土性能的改进,其中的配比分别为0%,10%,20%,30%,40%;同时试验中制成100 mm×100 mm×100 mm、100mm×100 mm×400 mm两种型号的试件。在不同的时期对其抗压、抗折性能进行测试,然后统计分析数据,研究不同配比掺量在不同时期对混凝土力学性能的影响。

Abstract:This article is based on C30 common concrete, with different ratios of 0%, 10%, 20%, 30%, 40% respec-tively replacing the same volume 's sands, specimens of 100 × 100 × 100mm and 100 × 100 × 400mm cubes are made. In dif-ferent period, testing the compressive strength and resistive strength of different cube groups containing different rubber pow-der ratios. After finishing testing, we statistics and analysis the data to investigate to influence of different rubber ratio on proper-ties of modified concrete, mainly, for compressive strength and resistive strength.
