循环氧化镁法烟气脱硫运行经济性分析

摘    要:介绍了湿式循环氧化镁法烟气脱硫副产硫酸技术的工艺流程、特点及运行经济性分析。以4×300 MW发电机组为例,对湿式循环氧化镁法脱硫工艺和石灰石-石膏法的运行经济指标进行比较。采用湿式循环氧化镁法烟气脱硫副产硫酸技术可使制酸成本下降74.4元/t。

Abstract:Process, characteristics and running economic analysis of wet cyclic MgO FGD by-product sulphuric acid technology are described. For an example of 4 ×300 MW generating sets, technology and running economic index were compared between wet cyclic MgO FGD and lime stone-gypsum process. Wet cyclic MgO FGD by product sulphuric acid technology could decrease RMB 74. 4 yuan/t of acid cost.
