| 摘 要： | 阐述了新车型开发过程中车身涂装防腐工作的开展,包括设计阶段的涂装同步工程分析、试制阶段的电泳车身拆解验证等方法和措施。对新车型开发过程中的不同阶段采取相对应的方法来提升车身的防腐能力,满足防腐要求。

| Abstract: | The launch of car body painting anti-corrosive in new vehicle development process were elaborated, including the analysis .of painting synchronization engineering in design phase and electrophoresis body dismantling verification methods and measures in the trial phase. The corresponding methods were taken to improve the corrosion resistance of car body in different stages of new models in the development process, to meet the requirement for anti-corrosive. |
