摘    要:通过LF精炼炉与成分快速分析相结合 ,进行钢水成分微调 ,从而控制钢的成分波动范围 ;通过LF炉白渣精炼 ,实现钢水脱硫、脱氧 ;采用全程保护浇注工艺降低气体和夹杂物含量 ;吐丝温度控制在 780~ 84 0℃ ,辊道速度小于 0 .0 5m/s,风机全关闭 ,可得到显微组织为F +P的盘条

Abstract:To adjust finely the composition of molten steel by combining LF finery with fast analysis of composition,the composition control in a limited scope can be realized. The desulfurization and deoxidation can be realized by white slag refining with LF furnace. Using protection cast process in the whole course to debase the content of gas and inclusion. The wire rod with ferrite and pearlite microstructure can be obtained when wire rod exit temperature is controlled at 780~840 ℃,roller bed speed is less than 0.05 m/s and all air blowers are closed.
