实验室中吸附法处理劣化抗燃油的研究

摘    要:再生抗燃油有酸值、水分、电阻率和颗粒度4项指标要求,抗燃油劣化最主要的表现是酸值的升高。本文在总结实验室抗燃油再生实验的基础上,采用接触再生法处理劣化抗燃油。本文选用了两种再生剂,探讨了再生的条件:如温度,搅拌与否,再生时间对再生效果的影响。结果表明:XDK吸附剂在55℃搅拌下吸附96h能达到较好的吸附效果,硅藻土在45℃搅拌下吸附60h时能达到较好的吸附效果,但XDK吸附剂处理抗燃油的效果要好于硅藻土吸附剂。

Abstract:Regenerates Fire-resistant Fluid to have the acid value,the moisture content,the electronic resistivity and the granularity 4 target request,the anti-fuel is inferior to turn the performance of most is the scale-up of acid value.In tallying up the foundation of the experiment of the laboratory anti-fuel regenerate,the this text’s adoption gets in touch with a reborn law to handle inferior turn anti-fuel.This selected works was used two kinds of reborn agents and inquired into the condition of regenerate:Is like temperature,mix blend or not,reborn time is vs the reborn effective impact.Resultenunciation:XDK the adsorbent down adsorb at the 55 ℃ rabbling for 96 hours to hit more the good one adsorb effect,the soil of Huozao down adsorbs at the 45 ℃ rabbling for 60 hours to hit more the good one adsorb effect,but XDK the adsorbent handle anti-fuel of the effect is been good friends with to the Huozao soil adsorbent.
