实验室中吸附法处理劣化抗燃油的研究

再生抗燃油有酸值、水分、电阻率和颗粒度4项指标要求,抗燃油劣化最主要的表现是酸值的升高。本文在总结实验室抗燃油再生实验的基础上,采用接触再生法处理劣化抗燃油。本文选用了两种再生剂,探讨了再生的条件:如温度,搅拌与否,再生时间对再生效果的影响。结果表明:XDK吸附剂在55℃搅拌下吸附96h能达到较好的吸附效果,硅藻土在45℃搅拌下吸附60h时能达到较好的吸附效果,但XDK吸附剂处理抗燃油的效果要好于硅藻土吸附剂。
