浅议甲醇汽油三线管道调合工艺

针对目前国际石油危机,我国石油需求加大的现状,发展新型能源迫在眉睫。虽然我国从20世纪70年代开始研发新能源甲醇汽油,但未真正投入批量生产和正式全面推广,而且生产工艺更没有系统化。目前,三线管道调合定量装车工艺属行业先进技术,是按体积比例要求,在甲醇、汽油和添加剂发油的同时,实现瞬时混合,达到合格甲醇汽油的一种工艺方法。该方法通过批量控制仪来调整各路调节阀,保证瞬时流量按比例发油,后经混合器调配成甲醇汽油,从而实现三线管道调合生产。

In view of the present international oil crisis,demand for oil in China to increase the current situation,developing new energy imminent.Although our country has been in the development of new energy,methanol gasoline research work has been carried out for many years,but not really put into mass production and formal comprehensive promotion,and no system of production process.At present,three line pipeline blending ration loading process is a advanced technology industries,is according to the volume ratio of methanol,gasoline,in additives and oil at the same time,realize the instantaneous mixture,achieve the qualified gasoline methanol method.By means of the method of batch controller to adjust the various valve,ensure the instantaneous flow according to the proportion of oil,after the mixer composed of methanol gasoline,thus realizing the three pipeline blending production line.
