| 摘 要： | 压力加工修复是利用零件的金属塑性变形来恢复零件损伤部位的尺寸和形状.胀大法是压力加工修复常用的一种方法.文中以活塞销、差速器壳、半轴套管及转向臂等零件的修复为例,阐述了胀大修复工艺.

| Abstract: | Repairing by pressure means repairing the dimension and form of damaged parts by use of the metal plasticity deformation of the parts.Swelling the fundamental law is one common kind of pressure processes in restoring parts.The common knowledge of pressure process has first been given, and then the swelling technique has been introduced with emphasis on repairing the part of wrist pin, differential mechanism shell, half scrolls of casing pipe and vergence arm. |
