| 摘 要： | 分析模具线切割加工中电极丝损耗或断丝的主要影响因素,如脉冲电源的电规准、切割加工的工艺参数及机械设备传动精度等。针对有关因素提出相应的预防方法和改善措施,以提高模具的切割精度和加工效率。

| Abstract: | The major effect factor of wearing out or breaking off electrode wire in wire out EDM for die & mould is analysed,for example electric-gage performance of pulse electric-source,process parameter of cut machining,machine transmitting-accuracy of equipment and so on.It is presented the prevention method and the improvement measure of about effect factor,is enhanced cutting accuracy and machining efficiency of die & mould. |
