| 摘 要： | 目的 就旋压工艺 CAD/CAM系统开发中强力旋压后置处理模块的设计进行了论述 .方法 详述了后置处理模块数控程序编制中误差控制、工艺处理、数学处理等问题 .结果 结合某型号数控强旋机编制了后置处理程序 ,给出了强力旋压某旋压件产品的数控加工代码实例 .结论 实践证明 ,该后置处理程序的设计方法是可行的 ,具有普遍的实用意义

| Abstract: | Aim\ The design about post processing of the CAD/CAM system for power spinning is discussed. Methods\ Those questions such as tolerance control, process design, mathematic problem are discussed. Results\ The programm for the numerical control of certain foreign power spinning machine has been designed and an example is given. Conclusion\ The designing methods is feasible, and will be universally and practically available. |
