| Abstract: | From the point of view of strengthening the modern consciousness and the theory of industrial economics, this paper discusses the feasibility and necessity of speeding up the development of water conservancy. Based on practice in Guangdong in recent years, the author puts forward his opinions on speeding up to set up the mechanism of cost recovery for water conservancy. |
