深井连续气举系统的参数设计及优化配气方法

摘    要:深井用伴生气经压缩机增压后进行气举采油,将碰到起下油管作业费用大、地面注气压力有限、气源将可能不足以满足各井需求等问题。本文介绍对这些问题的解决办法,提出了3年不动管柱仍能有效工作的气举参数设计思想,建立了连续气举系统优化配气的数学模型,编制出设计程序,并用实例说明了所述方法的可行性。

Abstract:Some problems such as high cost of tripping the tubing string, limited injection pressure and insufficient gas supply will be faced when gas lift is used as an artificial lift method for deep wells. Solutions to these problems are presented in this paper and a concept of gas lift parameter design is proposed as well in this paper to ensure efficient operation without tripping the tubing string in 3 years. Further more, a numerical model is established and a design program is developed for gas allocation of a continuous gas lift system together with case examples to show the feasibility of such method.
