摘    要:循环氢压缩机是加氢装置的核心设备,针对克拉玛依石化公司1.2 Mt/a柴油加氢改质装置循环氢压缩机调整油压过程中,自力式调节阀控制油路异常,主阀突然关闭,润滑油总管油压瞬间中断,导致循环氢压缩机联锁停机原因进行分析,提出了3种不同工况下使用自力式调节阀调节压缩机油压的建议,同时,由于循环氢中断,联锁装置0.7 MPa/min紧急泄压启动后,反应器裂化床层温升仍不可控,第四床层出口温度超过460℃,立即采取手动启1.4 MPa/min紧急泄压自保的应急措施,装置紧急停工,退守至稳定状态,对整个循环氢中断的应急处置措施和不足之处进行了分析和总结,为同类装置处理类似问题提供经验和参照.

Abstract:The recycle hydrogen compressor is the key equipment in hydrogenation unit.In the 1.2 MM TPY diesel hydro-upgrading unit in PetroChina Karamay Petrochemical Company,the abnormal operation of control oil loop of self-actuated control valve of recycle hydrogen compressor occurred,which led to sudden closing of main valve and pressure cut-off of lube oil header.The causes of interlock shutdown of recycle hy drogen compressor were analyzed,and the application of self-operated control valves for the adjustment of oil pressure of compressor under three operating conditions was recommended.As the recycle hydrogen was interrupted,the temperature rise in the cracking bed of reactor was still out of control after the 0.7 MPa/min emergency pressure relief was started,and the outlet temperature of 4th reactor bed exceeded 460 ℃.The emergency response of starting the 1.4 MPa/min emergency pressure relief was started manually,and the unit was emergency shutdown and returned to stable operation.All emergency response measures taken in response to the interruption of recycle hydrogen were analyzed and summarized,which provided a good reference and experience for handling the similar problems of the unit.
