| 摘 要： | 根据某大型钢铁企业热轧板厂的生产需要，设计开发了一套在线监测诊断系统，运用于精轧主传动设备的故障诊断，实现了在线监测、数据采集、数据存储、数据分析处理、数据显示、数据库管理和报警管理等。该系统运行良好，对精轧机组主传动系统运行时的温度和振动进行实时监测，有效减少了不必要的事故和损失。
