HP410型空压机轴振动超标故障分析及处理

Fault analysis and treatment of over-standard shaft vibration in HP410 air compressor

The fault of over-standard shaft vibration occurred in an HP410 air compressor during its operation.Cause analysis showed that two-stage impeller was corroded due to the impact of the water entrained in compressed air from intercooler and bush gap was over standard.After replacing two-stage impeller and improving the bush structure,the bearing capacity of bush has been increased and the vibration of air compressor has been weakened.
