摘    要:介绍HP410型空压机运行时轴振动超标的故障,原因是二级叶轮被从中间冷却器来的压缩空气中夹带的水分冲击而腐蚀以及轴瓦间隙超标,更换二级叶轮及改进轴瓦结构形式后,改善了轴瓦的承载力并有效减小了空压机的轴振动值。

Fault analysis and treatment of over-standard shaft vibration in HP410 air compressor
Abstract:The fault of over-standard shaft vibration occurred in an HP410 air compressor during its operation.Cause analysis showed that two-stage impeller was corroded due to the impact of the water entrained in compressed air from intercooler and bush gap was over standard.After replacing two-stage impeller and improving the bush structure,the bearing capacity of bush has been increased and the vibration of air compressor has been weakened.
