| 摘 要： | 为了解决传统的数控实验设备自身的局限性,结合当前开放式运动系统的发展趋势,开发一种高效的开放式运动控制系统机械装置。基于PC平台,PMAC运动控制卡为核心,BP网络的PID调节,实现运动控制系统的有关功能和操作。实验表明,运动速度和位置误差小,可以实现人机接口的定制和实时控制部件的参数化,而且轨迹行程精确、响应速度快、定位准确度高等优良性能。
