摘    要:根据轿车在道路上采集的目标载荷谱,对其进行编辑处理,得到试验的期望载荷谱,把后滑柱总成安装在试验台上,在试验室内模拟后滑柱总成在道路上垂向运动情况,再现后滑柱总成道路载荷,考核后滑柱总成的疲劳寿命,探究后滑柱总成台架试验和整车道路试验的相关性,达到快速验证后滑柱总成的疲劳寿命,加快产品开发步伐,提升和改进产品质量的目的。

Abstract:According to the vehicle load spectrum collected on the road, the expected test target load spectrum was gotten after edited and processed. By mounting the rear simck absorber assembly on the test bed in the laboratory to simulate the rear shock absorber assembly in road vertical motion, rear shock absorber assembly load on road was reproduced, the rear shuck absod)er total fatigue life was assessed, and the rear shock absorber assembly bench test and vehicle road test correlation was explored. The aim of rapid validation of rear shock absorber as-sembly of fatigue life, speeding up product development pace, and improving the product quality is achieved.
