| 摘 要： | 某化工厂的阀门压盖螺栓工作中根部发生断裂,文中对螺栓的失效原因进行了分析。通过螺栓断口的宏观和微观观察分析以及螺栓材质成分检测,确定该螺栓的断裂为晶间腐蚀和拉应力共同作用的结果,为应力腐蚀开裂,螺栓材质成分不合格是造成螺栓断裂的主要原因。

| Abstract: | In order to find out the fracture reason of valve bolts,the failure analysis of the bolts were carried out.Through themacroscopic and microscopic observation analysis of the bolt fracture surface and the testing of bolt material components,it is confirmed that the fracture is caused by intercrystalline stress corrosion combined with tensile stress.The main cause of fracture is the off-spec.bolt material components. |
