耐高渗酵母原生质体诱变育种的研究

摘    要:以耐高渗酵母为出发菌株,采用紫外线对其原生质体进行诱变育种,筛选出一株突变株,其赤藓糖醇的产量比诱变前提高了14.4%。经多次传代遗传性能稳定。

Abstract:Using an osmophilic yeast as the original strain,with its protoplast was treated with U.V,We selected a train.The result was erythnitol production increased 14.4%.After several generations culture,the fermentation tests showed that the ability to produce erythritol has been stable.
