| 摘 要： | 本文设计一套用于光收发模块灵敏度测试的自动测试系统,详细介绍了系统的搭建及软件控制流程。整个过程全部由计算机控制,避免了人工干预,真正实现了光收发模块的自动化测试,测试过程快速,测试结果精确。

| Abstract: | This paper presents an automatic test system used for optical transceiver sensitivity measuremnt.The scheme for constructing the system as well as software control procedure is described in detail.In order to avoid manual intervention,the system is all controled by computer in the whole test process,so automatic test of optical transceiver module is achieved,the test process is rapid,and the test results are accurate. |
