微量Ti对冷轧无取向硅钢片磁性的影响

摘    要:
试验研究了微量Ti对高牌号冷轧无取向硅钢片W_(09)磁性的影响。结果表明含Ti量高由于生成Ti(CN),导致脱碳困难,使弥散的第二相粒子增多,影响晶粒长大,难磁化晶粒位向增多,磁性恶化。

Abstract:
[synopsis] Effects of trace element Ti on the magnetism of the high brand cold rolled nonoriented silion steel sheet WOG were investigated and results indicate that high Ti content in the steel will inevitably lead to a delay of decarbonization and increases in the dispersed particles of the second phase which will retard the grain growth and grains which are hard to be magnetized due to the formation of Ti(CN), thus deteriorating the magnetism of the steel.
