| 摘 要： | 根据车削工艺系统的受力和结构特点,研制了一台新型车床静刚度仪。同时,该车床静刚度仪配有一套计算机辅助测试系统,该系统使加载卸载、采样及数据处理等全部自动化,并能直接绘制、显示、打印出刚度曲线,从而使整个测试过程迅速,结果准确、直观。该系统对生产和教学具有较高的使用价值。

| Abstract: | Based on analysis of forcing condition and structural feature of turning system, a new type tester for static rigidity of lathe has been developed.The tester includes a CAT (Computer Aid Test) system which makes loading, unloading,sampling to data processing etc.automatical. It can directly draw, display and print out the rigidity curves, and so make the measuring ripid, accurate and audio-visual. The system may be widely used in practical production and education. |
