油井措施效益评价方法的建立与应用

油田进入开发中后期，产量递减和措施投入力度的加大使得成本控制难度增大，为提高措施投入回报，提高企业经济效益，辽河油田完善了各项增产措施评价方法和评价体系，使之更符合行业相关规范。通过运用油井措施效益评价体系及对措施前、后效益的预测和评价，达到了加强措施投入论证、提高措施决策水平的目的。

Establishment of Measure-Benefit Evaluation Method of Producers and Its Application

In the middle and later period of oilfield development, decrease of production and enlargement of investment in measures make it more difficult to control the cost. In order to raise the repay of investment in measures and increase the economic benefit of the enterprise, Liaohe oilfield improved the evaluation systems and some methods of stimulation evaluation in 2004, which had made them more accordant with the related industry standards. They had achieved their aims of strengthening the argument of investment in measures and increasing the level of decision-making by the application of oil well measures evaluation system and by forecasting and estimating the benefits from the measures.
