摘    要:分析300 MW循环流化床锅炉启动过程中炉膛发生爆燃、分离器发生燃烧结焦现象产生的原因,提出预防措施。投煤后及时提升床温,缩短煤的低温燃烧时间;减少煤中的细煤粉量,及时排除灰循环系统的煤粉,加强炉膛上部通风,是防止锅炉爆燃和灰循环系统燃烧结焦的有效方法。

Abstract:The reason of explosion,burning and coking in cyclone separator of 300MW CFB is analyzed.Precaution measures are given.Increasing the bed temperature to the operation level and cutting the low-temperature burning time of coal,limiting the amount of fine coal and removing fine coal out of the cyclone separators,increasing air quantity in start-up are the available precaution approach.
