基于Pro/E的圆柱凸轮机构设计与运动仿真

摘    要:圆柱凸轮是槽形凸轮的一种,由于本身造型的独特性,在机械的传动机构中应用非常广泛。采用圆柱凸轮的图解法设计原理,在Pro/E中应用二次投影成型法完成圆柱凸轮槽轮廓的参数化设计。采用该设计方法可生成凸轮的三维实体上带有凸轮槽的轮廓曲线,为在Mechanism模块中进行运动仿真时定义凸轮槽从动机构连接提供方便,通过运动仿真和测量结果验证,可提高机构设计的精确性和可靠性。
