摘    要:利用光学显微镜及扫描电镜等手段分析了HRB400螺纹钢焊后拉伸试验出现的接头断裂原因。试验结果表明,接头处有部分未焊合是接头断裂的主要原因。通过严格执行焊接工艺,消除或减少影响未焊合的因素,能有效防止HRB400螺纹钢焊后拉伸接头断裂。

Abstract:By means of optical microscopy and scanning electron microscopy (SEM) the tensile fracture of HRB400 rebar after welding joint was analysed. Experimental results showed that the partially unwelded joint is the main reason of tensile fracture. Through strictly conducting welding process, eliminating or reducing gap part, the tensile fracture of HRB400 rebar joint could be effectively prevented.
