Abstract:Using liquid extrusion to manufacture the aluminum-alloy grip, taking the place of hot die forging, can greatly increase the material utilization rate, reduce the processing procedures and lower the product cost. The grip material, design of the forged part and structure of the die were introduced. The technological parameters for the liquid extrusion and the selection basis, and the technically economic property of the product were analyzed.
