无阀电液伺服系统理论研究及试验

摘    要:针对普通电液伺服系统存在的弊端,设计了无阀电液伺服系统,以交流电机伺服控制系统代替电液伺服阀,使得这一新型电液伺服系统具有体积小、可靠性高、节能等优点,适用于液压传动及要求不太高的伺服控制场合。

Abstract:Considering the disadvantages of the ordinary electro-hydraulic servo system,a valveless electro-hydraulic servo system is designed. With substituting the A.C. servo system for the electro-hydraulic servo valve, the advantages of new-style system is obvious such as smaller bulk,higher reliability, energy-saving and being prone to control with computer etc. The new system can be used in those situations including fluid drive systems and some servo control systems without too high requirements.
