轴承钢线材的专业化生产

阐述我国轴承及轴承钢线材的生产及发展变化 ,指出我国现有轴承生产企业 15 0 0多家 ,年生产轴承2 0亿套 ,并以每年 6 %的速度递增 ,其中汽车、铁路、摩托车、机床行业对轴承需求增长速度较快。轴承行业年消耗GCr15轴承钢 6 0万t,滚动体用轴承钢线材 6～ 7万t。随着轴承行业的专业化分工和滚动体用轴承钢的需求量不断增加 ,开发滚动体专用轴承钢线材 ,建立轴承钢线材专业化生产线已成为趋势。大连钢铁集团多年来通过对冶炼、开坯、线材轧制等工艺和装备的改进 ,并将清除线材表面缺陷、控制轧制等多项技术应用于生产 ,逐步建立了轴承钢线材专业化生产线 ,为满足滚动体行业的需要和国产轴承钢线材顶替进口创造了有利条件
