摘    要:针对不同装套温度下FGH97合金制件的显微组织和冲击性能、室温拉伸性能、持久性能等进行观察和分析。结果表明:在装套温度为400℃和500℃的情况下,合金的显微组织没有明显区别,各项力学性都满足要求,装套温度为500℃时,冲击韧性、持久性能均稍有提高。

Abstract:The microstructure,impact property,tensile property at room temperature and stress rupture property of FGH97 superalloy at different filling temperature were observed and analyzed.The results show that at filling temperature of 400 ℃ and 500 ℃,microstructure of superalloy has no obvious difference,the properties above meet the technical requirements.At the filling temperature of 500 ℃,the impact toughness and stress rupture property of the alloy are higher than those filled at 400 ℃.
