中国油砂矿资源开发利用潜力及前景

摘    要:我国油砂资源分布广,为预测其开发利用潜力及前景,研究了国内外油砂资源的开发利用趋势。结果认为:随着技术的不断引进、创新,油砂开发将会向着规模化、挖掘技术现代化、提取温度低温化、开采就地化、高效环保化方向发展。分析了我国油砂资源开发利用的前景,结论认为:①高油价下油砂开发会带来高利润;②对比了水洗法、干馏法两种油砂分离方法的开采成本及技术优势,认为“十一五”期间,我国的油砂开发技术会取得较快发展;③随着油砂资源基础理论水平的不断提高和配套工艺技术的不断创新,油砂资源必将提升我国能源保障能力,在我国能源体系中发挥举足轻重的作用。

Abstract:Under the world situation of high crude oil price and increasing demands for energy, unconventional hydrocarbon resources such as tar sands are a big concern at present. This paper presents an overview on the reserves, resources and recovery technologies of widely distributed tar sands in China, which demonstrates a great potential. Through the analysis of the worldwide developing trend of recovery technologies of tar reservoirs, we conclude that in the near future more and more industrial scale production of tar sands will soon be achieved, the means of excavation and transportation will be better, the extraction temperature will be decreased for the sake of lowering heat losses, the in situ recovery processes will be much upgraded, and the environmental impacts will be reduced to the largest degree. Meanwhile, we analyze the prospects of tar sands in China and believe that (1)a relatively high profit will be made by oil sands recovery due to the high crude oil price, (2)many sophisticated oil sands recovery technologies such as water washing, dry distillation, the Vapex (vapor extraction), and the steam assisted gravity drainage (SAGD) processes will be developed rapidly during the period of the Eleventh Chinese National Five Year Plan, and (3)great progress made in the basic theoretical studies and in the recovery technologies will make it possible for tar sands to become one of the important unconventional hydrocarbon resources and a robust support for energy supply in China.
