| 摘 要： | 实施南水北调东线工程,是促进东部地区经济社会可持续发展的必然选择。南水北调东线工程江苏段调水的目的是在江水北调的基础上,进一步优化配置用水,实现江、淮、沂沭泗水源互济互调,在苏北地区形成一个跨流域的水资源调配网络图。在调用水的同时,处理好水资源与水权、水价、水市场3者之间的关系,即相互协调、相互促进。

| Abstract: | It is an inevitable choice of promoting social sustainable development of the eastern regional economy to implement the project of east line of South-North Water Diversion .The water supply of Section of Jiangsu of project of east line of South-North Water Diversion is on the basis of the thing that the north of the river suits well , distribute water resource water rationally further,realize river , the Huaihe River,Yi Shu Sir sources help and adjust each other , have formed a water resource which steps the basin and allocated the network chart in the area of northern Jiangsu. In adjusting the water , handle the relation among the three of water right , water price , water market well and coordinate , mutually promote each other promptly. |
