摘 要: | 对净水厂污泥的冰冻-解冻调质的影响因素,包括冰冻温度、冰冻时间、污泥量以及初始含固率对污泥脱水性能的影响进行了研究。污泥过滤后的含固率随冰冻温度的降低、冰冻时间的延长、污泥量的减小而升高。各因素的作用大小依次为:冰冻时间、冰冻温度、污泥量。试验最佳组合条件为:冰冻时间为25h,冰冻温度为-20℃,污泥量为300mL。

Influential factors of freeze-thaw conditioning of sludge from water purification plant |

Abstract: | The effects of the influential factors of freeze-thaw conditioning, including freezing temperature, freezing time, amount of sludge and initial solid content ratio on the dewaterability of the sludge from water purification plant were studied.The solid content ratio of the filtrated sludge increased with the decrease of freezing temperature, the extension of freezing time and the reduction of sludge amount.The effects of those individual factors affecting sludge dewaterability falls into the following order:freezing time, freezing temperature, sludge amount.The results of the test indicated that, the optimal combination condition was:the freezing time and temperature were 25 h and-20 ℃ respectively, the sludge amount was 300 mL. |
