| 摘 要： | 针对特殊折弯成形工艺特点,介绍了一种新型折弯校正机构.分析了其工作原理及设计要点,并与传统校正机构进行了对比.这种新型折弯校正机构在实际生产中,具有降低成本,提高效率的优点,有很大实用价值.对同类型的零件加工也有一定的借鉴参考作用.

| Abstract: | A new structure of the progressive die with bending and adjustment at one position has been introduced according to special bending characteristics. The operating principle and key design of the die have been analyzed. The new structure has good practicability and low cost,which is a reference for similar parts manufacture. |
