摘    要:以2-甲基-3-喹啉甲酸为原料,在浓硫酸作为催化剂的条件下与乙醇发生酯化反应合成了标题化合物。对它的合成工艺条件进行了探索和优化,优化的最佳反应条件是2-甲基-3-喹啉甲酸,乙醇和浓硫酸的投料比为1.0mmol:1mL:0.2mL;反应时间为2h,收率为68.1%。优化后的合成方法具有反应时间短、产率较高等优点。

Abstract:The esterification reaction of 2-methylquinoline-3-carboxylic acid in the solvent of ethanol with concentrated H2SO4 as catalyst was studied.The reaction condition was optimized and the best results could be achieved when the esterification reaction was conducted in the ratio of 2-methyl-3-quinolinic acid,ethanol and concentrated H2SO41.0 mmol:1.0 mL:0.2 mL for 2h.The yield of the product could reach 68.1% under the optimal reaction conditions.The advantages of the optimal methodology were shorter reaction ...
