含氟、硅涂饰剂在合成革上的应用及评价

摘    要:为获得具有拒水、拒油、易去污等多重功效的合成革,用自制的含氟、硅系列整理剂对合成革进行整理,考察了整理剂用量、不同含氟量、焙烘时间对整理后合成革的拒水、拒油性能的影响,测试了整理后合成革的热粘性、易去污性等性能.实验结果表明:采用有效成分用量约为12 g/m2的整理液对合成革进行整理,在120℃预烘2 h,160℃焙烘3~4 h,所获得的合成革表面水接触角可达92.9~104.5°,拒油性能在1.5级左右;防污性、易去污性及热粘性能良好,热粘温度可达150℃.将自制的整理剂与羟基硅油复配使用,可以明显降低成本,在保证其良好性能的基础上最低成本可控制在8.2元/m2左右.

Abstract:In order to obtain muhiple-function leather,new laboratory-made fluoro-silicon copolymer were used for water-and oil-repellent finishing on leather. The effects of fluorine content, usage amount of finishing agents, baking time on the properties, such as oil-repellency, water-repellency, were explored. Moreover, the properties of thermal viscosity and easy-cleaning of finished leather were also tested. Results showd that, with the dosage of finishing agent being about 12 g/m2, dried at the iemperature of 120℃ for 2 hours and heat-treated at the temperature of 160℃ for 3 -4 hours, the finished leathers exhibited excellent properties, for example, the water contact angle attained at 92.9 - 104.5°, and their oil-repellent level was about 1.5 grade. Their properties of easycleaning and thermal viscosity were also favorable. The thermal viscosity temperature could attain at 150℃. When the product was used with hydroxyl silicone together, the costs could be reduced significantly. On the basis of ensuring good performance, the lowest cost can be controlled at 8.2 RMB/m^2 or so.
