Rational Choices in the Course of Urbanizing Villages

Urbanization is a symbol of human civilization and a result of the economic development. The advocay of urbanization is to meet the demand of the quick economic development in our country. However, the project for the developing of small cities is complicated and therefore should be systemalic. Human, as the key role in the construction of small cities, must set a new concept to develop small cities harmoniously with the nature, conforming to the rule of "right time, right place, right people", and avoiding the tragedy of destroying the natural resources.
