加氢焦化汽油硫化合物组成分析

摘    要:建立了针对加氢焦化汽油中各类型硫化合物系统分析的方法,并对各类型硫进行了分析测定。加氢焦化汽油中硫化合物分布情况为:硫醇硫和噻吩类硫含量较多,硫醇硫含量占51.08%(质量分数,下同),两者之和占总硫的93.07%,硫醚硫和二硫化物硫含量较少。通过化学分离富集结合GC/DFPD分析,得到加氢焦化汽油的硫醇结构组成信息,其所含硫醇大部分为小分子异构硫醇,低沸点硫醇硫占95.9%,异构硫醇硫占74.0%。

Analysis of Sulfide Composition in Hydrogenated Coking Gasoline
Abstract:Systematic analysis methods of sulfide in hydrogenated coking gasoline are established, and various types of sulfur arc determined. The distribution of sulfide in hydrogenated coking gasoline is as follows: the maximum contents are mercaptan sulfur and thiophene sulfur which takes 93.07%(wt) of total sulfur, the content of mercaptan sulfur is 51.08% (wt). And the content of sulfoether sulfur and disulfide sulfur is very low. Through chemical separation and enrichment combined with GC/DFPD analysis, the structure composition information of mercaptan in hydrogenated coking gasoline is obtained, the main compositions is heterogeneous mercaptan, and the content of the low boiling point mercaptan sulfur is 95.9%(wt), the content of heterogeneous mercaptan sulfur is 74.0%(wt).
