车用发电机的模态分析

摘    要:针对电磁共振引起的车用发电机在低速段噪声超标问题,对发电机振动模态通过仿真和实验对比的方法进行分析。材料参数通过零部件自由状态下有限元仿真结果和试验结果对比进行校准,约束状态下整机模型仿真结果与整机模态试验结果趋于一致,最后对发电机端盖结构改进实现降噪亦证实噪声超标原因。

Abstract:Aiming at the problem of overlarge noise of vehicle' s alternators in low speed range caused by electromagnetic resonance, the vibration modes of an alternator was studied by finite element simulation and experimental testing. The material parameters were calibrated through comparison of the simulation results with the testing data of the component parts of the alternator in free status. The simulation results of alternator' s modes in constrained state were in a good agreement with the test results. Finally, the alternator covers were improved to reduce the noise, which also confirmed the reason of the overlarge noise.
