摘    要:提出一种用于降低发动机进气系统宽频噪声的无纺布多孔消声管,阐述两载荷法理论并设计两载荷法实验测量其传递损失,为保证实验的可靠性,探讨实验设计要点,其实验结果表明无纺布多孔消声进气管的传递损失频率范围较宽,同时,在整个频率范围内存在幅值波动。根据试验结果可以得出此消声管至少能衰减8 dB的噪声能量,对发动机进气系统声学性能设计提供应用支持。

Abstract:Porous muffler tube with non-woven fabrics was proposed to attenuate the wide-band noise of the air intake system. The principle of the double-load method was discussed, and the corresponding experiment for measuring the transmission loss of the muffler tube was designed. Then, highlights in the design were discussed to confirm the reliability and accuracy of the experiment. Result of the experiment showed that the transmission loss of the air intake system has a broad frequency-band attenuation effect and fluctuates in the whole frequency range. According to the experiment, it was concluded that at least 8 dB noise attenuation can be achieved in whole frequency range. The conclusion may provide a support for the application of this technique to acoustic design of air intake system.
