大比尺马蹄形钢衬钢筋混凝土压力管道试验研究

摘    要:以三峡大坝背管压力管道为原型,按照1∶10进行几何缩尺,制作了内径达1.24 m的钢衬钢筋混凝土压力管道。使用新型内水压力施加方法,进行了模型试验,掌握了钢衬钢筋混凝土压力管道在内水压力作用下的工作机理。通过与同系列模型试验的比较,对钢衬钢筋混凝土压力管道模型试验有了进一步的认识。最后针对常规钢衬钢筋混凝土压力管道,参照相关领域研究成果,比较选择了符合试验结果的初裂荷载计算公式、裂缝间距最大缝宽计算公式以及管道强度设计公式,以供设计使用。

Abstract:Reducing the geometric scale according to 1∶10 of the prototype of penstocks in the Three Gorges dam,the steel-lined reinforced concrete penstock with the inside diameter of 1.24 m is produced.Then,a new method for applying the internal water pressure is used in the model test to analyze and study the working mechanism of the penstock.At last,referring to the correlative research results,the calculation formulas are compared and selected for the load at first crack,the crack space and maximal crack width,and the strength design of the steellined reinforced concrete penstock,in order to provide some references for designs.
