摘    要:国产QFSN-600—2-YHG型水一氢一氢冷发电机组,在投产试运期间由于油质不好、密封瓦内有杂质及油管路冲洗不彻底等原因,造成发电机轴颈磨损。通过应用成熟、可靠的电刷镀修补技术,对轴颈磨损进行了修补,解决了发电机严重漏氢的问题,消除了影响机组安全运行的一大隐患,保证了机组的安全稳定运行。

Abstract:Domestic QFSN-600-2-YHG water-hydrogen-hydrogen-cooled generator causes wearing, when being put into trial operation period due to the poor oil and the impurities in seal tile or drain line which is not completely flushed. Through the application of mature, reliable power brush repair technique, good to repair journal and completely solve the problem of serious leakage of hydrogen in generator, eliminating hidden troubles for safe operation.
